Get Top on google

Iam just confuse how many effective way to get top in google. Is google pagerank is also responsible for that

pagerank is only 1 factor of 200 ranking factor.

I my opinion:
PR will follow the backlinks and unique contents factor (including readability).
With PR sites, you can shot low keyword in competition easily rather than no PR sites.
PR value will flow to latest posts and other internal linking that have in homepage.

Pagerank does matter in google. Usually more higher pagerank website can easily findable in google search engine. So this is the effective way. I did that personally in my website. I just have package from Backlinkhelp Within 1 year my pagerank is improve up to 4 and also i notice increase of traffic. So i can say with my personal experience that pagerank does matter in search engine.

Can you mention the other 199 factors as well. That way it should be easy.

To put it very simply nobody knows what all the factors are to get into top of google. It has been said a combination of:

-Good unique content updated regularly

-Onpage SEO - H1 -H2 tags properly placed, Titles and descriptions contain keywords etc..

-Good hosting (fast loading)

-Domain age

-Target Keywords in Domain name

-A comprehensive steady linkbuilding campaign (not to spammy)

-Niche saturation, how many other pages are competing for your keywords. etc...

-Avoid alot of Ad banner placements with affiliate links when domain is still new.

-Wordpress and Joomla sites might be easier to rank in google then other type of sites.

and dozens more factors but the main ones are mentioned.

Thanks for all your suggestion. As per all comments backlinks is not all but can be major factor. Now i already had covered quality Content and On Page Optimization. But i also loved to have my website high pagerank. So any suggestion. One of comment suggest that backlinkhelp is good in that. But how much time it will take to improve my website pagerank

You are focusing way toooooooooo much on PageRank. It's really not all that important, I have and so have many other people taken sites that are brand new with 0 PageRank and have managed to get them to rank in a few months for pretty competitive terms.

Instead of spending all your time thinking about PageRank go out and build some links, as many as you can from as many different places as possible using your keyword and a few variations as anchor text.
