Most of the sites in such lists either don't work or don't hire, so you have to look for fresh lists from time to time. I've seen a lot of those by searching Google. Unfortunately, most of them are not worth your time.

yeah, but the one's paying $$$ will require actual REALY experts in the field, and very rare insight/authority on the subject most of you will not have. If you're going to spend all that time getting good enough to right indepth articles on programming - then just be a programmer and make your money that way. This is dog's work in the long run
