I have the same menu at top, should i disable the menu widget on all pages because it might look like spam?

My site is easy to navigate so disabling the menu would not make a difference. I'm just concerned it might look too spammy

Invite some people you know to use your website while you watch. If they intuitively rely on one navigation more than the other then consider that in your decision as well.

    When in doubt... focus groups.

Just curious, why does the menu look spammy? Most big, legit sites have the same menu across numerous pages.

I only use one navigation menu, if I put it in the top then I will not put it in the sidebar. In the sidebar, I just put ads or email subscription form.
