Ok, I know I just created a thread for a PR4 and PR3 AA DF backlinks, but this one is a cut above the rest. It's not often I share a QUALITY backlink like this.

The only catch is, you need to have an openID connected to your website, which I do. It's hugely useful.

If you want to get OpenID, Google it!
Plus, the OBL on this is SUPER low. The lowest I found a PR6.

Here is a PR5 .gov link. Personally I have found it hard to find any GOOD .gov links. This is NOT AA, but I can see if you write a good comment they approve them

OBL is really low (not for long now I guess..), but as far as I can see it's nofollow.

Well i see something very different with this blog...
The permalinks of the comments on this blog posts have NO PR While i have checked for confirmation on many other blogs, where the permalink is available the PR is same as of the URL!

I'd agree with that, but a high PR backlink is better than no backlink at all
