Anyone have experience in this field? What I want my worker to do is download specific videos from youtube that I provide in a list (url/description/tags), each file is around 20Mb then upload said videos with the description + tags I provide.

If you were in my position what would be a fair price to have this service done. I am not looking for a how much do you make per video answer. The problem I am having with this is some videos will be removed due to copyright & some will be blocked in certain countries. I am not trying to screw my workers I will pay them for all videos regardless but I need to factor this in some how. What is a good price to pay for each video, any advice would be appreciated.

P.S Would like worker to upload atleast 100 videos.

Also here is the results on a little test I did. Please note videos 2-6 have been up for about 2 months & are from an account where the videos aged for 8 months before I added this new method. Now comes the part that worries me a little, videos 7-16 are on two new accounts. Do you notice what I noticed relatively no clicks. These videos have been up for about a month now. I want to add more hoping for more results similar to 2-6. Still looking for advice thanks. (Note: youtube blocked/banned videos not added to chart)

I have several hundred videos up and I get like 20 clicks a day and maybe one email submit lead if im lucky. Unless you choose a good niche where viewers turn into clickers you won't ever get much clicks. I always put something in the title to inform viewers to check description and it doesn't do much, I chose an over saturated niche.

Thing is most of your views come when the video is new and then it slowly dies out a bit, so most of your clicks will probably come within the first week or two and slowly start to go down, I don't think you could stop doing it and keep consistent residual income. Could be wrong though.

I personally am starting to hate youtube, I have to leave my computer going to download and upload all the time and it just hasn't paid off much. Theres so much potential if you can do big numbers though, or choose a really good niche. And you wanting to outsource it will make it a lot better.

I know I didn't really answer your question but I'm just saying don't waste your time in a over saturated niche that everyone does

I have tons of videos i uploaded put all types of offers in the sidebar. CPA lead offers, tired TV movie offers, tried to drive traffic ect.

Youtube to me is dying or about to die. The problem is people are not clicking through on these offers like before and doing them, along with spaming more doesnt do much.

Internet is changing guys time to come up with new ideas.

why youtube guys? yeah it's great with a lot of users , but 20 clicks with 100+ videos --> bad conversion. Why not try other video sharing sites?

Doesn't have much to do with the site as it does with the videos. Music vids with ringtone offers and downloads are over saturated which is what most of us did or are doing. People just want to listen to the song or watch the video and thats it. The video should point to the description as the solution, not be the solution itself. Its just a matter of finding the right niche.
