As i've started my project which will last 1 year for creating about 10 Authority sites with more than 1500 Unique and High quality articles, i've decided to share a great keyword for you.

It has :

27.000 Exact Global Searches
CPC = 34.62$
Domain is : .info

Tell me why you need that and the person that i think will benefit more will get it.

I need it as i rip google a new asshole everyday by creating quality high cpc websites in the most toughest niches going, rather then pussy about with low competition niches.
 
Although it's a very helpful giveaway, I prefer learn from you how to make big money from a domain like that.

I need this for several reasons:

Currently I work for just enough to get by. I have tons of ideas as well as the knowledge and skills to do them but no time to work on them. If I could earn enough to survive off of this project then I would have time to move forward with my projects. Once I get to a point where I am making enough with my own projects I will pass this on to someone in a similar position as mine so they can start working for themselves.

I can learn a lot from what has been done with this site as well as continue learning to improve a great foundation that is already laid out for me.

Man I'd love that keyword.

Why I think I should get it ? Well, I've been in the IM business since I was 14 (18 now) and I never got the chance to pick up a domain that is as good as this one sounds. In college now so would love the opportunity to make some extra cash!
 
I'd like it. I won't give you a sob story, because that's what these usually turn out to be, and I think that's not cool. I'm a very good writer, and I'll fill it with premium content. Once PR is built high enough, it's going to be open to your links. So, if you pick me, you'll at least have some nice, high PR homepage links to get in return when it's all said and done. That way I will get return on my investment of time through Adsense and you'll get a nice return in link juice.

I wont say any bullshit. I'd like the keyword because I know how I could rank the domain in Google and eventually make some money off it.

I guess that this keyword has a pretty hard competition, since its in assurance niche. So giving such a gem to someone who dont know much about SEO would be a waste, since i'm pretty sure it would require a good offsite SEO to really make some money off it.
