"how to start a marijuana dispensary in California"
Just searched it and it actually looks decent, thought it would be a troll at first, but nice share Hoovz!
Volume: 50/mo | CPC: $2.74
I can do this....
This look good really, but really,,, Marijuana dispensary? The way I look at it, I will think twice. Btw, appreciate for the share.
It was also legalized in Nevada and Massachusetts as well, so keywords for those areas as well. CA is going to do on 2018 Jan for dispensaries, so you need to make a site pretty much now and keep updating it,improving and working on SEO and marketing for the next 12 months.
"But the lion’s share of the new law consists of establishing the licensing, sale and tax collection regimes needed to oversee the industry. Licensing and taxation will not begin until January 2018."
California just legalized recreational marijuana usage last night. There are 40 million people in that state.
I think OP is referring to the fact that CA just voted to legalize recreational use of marijuana—not the 50/mo current searches
Not only did it become legal to sell and use in CA for that purpose, just having a site about information isn't even against federal laws.
That means 14 months to plan, advertise, enact, and become a titan in the marketplace.
Maine legalized it as well. I'm not a smoker, but I see the financial benefit in jumping on a train such as this.
californiadispensaries has a lot of TLD's available. As does californiapot. And marijuanadispensariescalifornia. Plenty of options available.
But isn't the hype for the business going to start a few months before jan of 2018, so its really more like 10-11 months to be fully ready to be an authority site.
If you market on FB you could probably build some very nice lists targeting those States.
Get notified when your local dispensary is open and get coupons and discounts on your first orders!
Sign up at Localdispensary.com to be get the coupons and your chance to win a super bong!
Granted that is weak but hopefully you get the idea and I'm sure that you could end up with a very healthy bunch of lists.
Capitalizing on trends and virality id very helpful and i have found easy to rank and bank pockets like these locally.
dont be shocked if fewer people post here...
Update on this. I bought a solid related domain back in November, a nice exact match dot-com, and after sitting on it for a few months and debating whether I wanted to flip it or use it, am currently working on building it into a massive directory site.
Good advice. Too many people chase after the last boom when they should be looking for the next. I know it's a trap I've fallen into before.
My first site ever was and still is in the marijuana niche and makes me a nice monthly income and I don't see it slowing down any time soon. The marijuana niche is a goldmine and with all the states yet to legalize it in North america, there's so much potential and money waiting to be made!
If I was anybody looking to make some money I would jump on this train now.
What's the monetization strategy? I can't sell the darn thing where I live. What would I do with a marijuana site if I can't sell the product yet? Ads? I think they're illegal here too.
I'm sending you a pm!
