Maybe you want to share a copy on how this get proposed? metrics you used in filtering ready to buy clients? promising niche? More value than the well known structure?
Indeed, otherwise we don't know based on which values OP made proposal.

Ugh, sorry everybody - might have misspelled the title in this case.

I use this to upsell clients who opt-in for backlinks (off-page SEO).

I go something along the lines of "you can't build a mansion on top of a rotten foundation" and whatnot.

A simple Page Speed Insight will tell me if a client's website need it or not.

Really depends on the client.

If it's a new company just starting out with a limited budget I wouldn't go rough on them.

The lowest I go is €600 for new businesses with "not so big websites".

The average is around €1000.

Do you do all of these on WordPress sites only?
Secondly, how do you get your clients?
Thirdly, when a client requests you do the off-page SEO part (link building), what do you tell them?

(Can we have your template?????)

Thanks.

Hey, can you reply to my comment above (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/g...o-proposal-for-a-client.1391588/post-15122633) ? And to add to the comments above

4. When you both are done with your jobs, how do you submit it to your client, how do you show them you are done?
5. Do you guys have a template?
6. How do you determine low hanging fruits and how much do you charge em?

I'm starting out here, in fact, I'm currently creating my site so every idea is welcomed. Thanks.

When I get a new client, I first offer SEO Audit. I do a deep analysis of the site. SEO audit is actually a PDF Document in which I list all the errors I found on the site, but not only that, I explain in detail how to implement solutions. After the analysis, I send the document to the client and that document is taken over by the Developer. I can do analysis for any type of site (WordPress, Shopify but also advanced E-commerce sites).

If the site has not yet been created, the process is a little different. First I get acquainted with the details of the project and based on that I create a guide for developers.

After the developers implement my suggestions, I offer two free revisions.

And finally, when it's all over, I offer to my clients link building. I do not use PBN and spammy links.

I am a co-founder of an agency, we are famous, our clients contact us. But I remember our beginnings when we were looking for clients ourselves. Cold emails ... But we had a great template, before we contacted the client, we did a little site analysis and offered solutions to problems, we had a huge Conversion Rate. We were not spammers, we offered real value to clients.

Our agency has packages for backlinks. At the very beginning, we do a detailed analysis and after that, we make a decision on building backlinks. Here's what we offer:

Safe Contextual Backlinks from popular, REAL forums, and Q&A sites
Sites with Real Traffic (NO PBN)
1 Year Links Guarantee
Drip-feed links (1-2 links per day)
Average D.A. - 55
Safe mix of Follow and Nofollow links (50/50)
Links have already been indexed by Google
Besides the increased organic traffic, you will get referral traffic from community platforms!
NICHE-RELEVANT Links
Penguin and Panda SAFE links (No Google penalty risk)
...

The template is completely useless in this process. You have to understand how things work. The biggest part of the Audits I do without tools, so only logic. Tools are just an added bonus.

Low Hanging Fruits is part of SEO Audit, I don’t charge extra for it. If we see that a client for certain keywords is ranked on positions such as (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 "Google page 1"), we treat it as low-hanging fruits. So, with a little effort, these positions can be improved. Also, low-hanging fruits are the keywords on the second Google page, with little effort, we can bring the client to the first page of Google.

Price for SEO Audit $ 500-5000, we do not work with large clients. Only small and medium enterprises. Link building services from $ 350 for 10 backlinks to $ 8000 for 500 backlinks.
