Get me over the Top

This is my first post, I have been sitting here reading and reading. I am not one to talk for nothing, but do need a small favor. I am trying to rank on Montreal Web Design on google .ca and I am sitting on on the top of the second page sitting here for the last 4 weeks. I just need a few back links to push me over. Could someone just help me out here. Just PM and we can work out some sort of deal. I have another site with a PR4.
