Just curious why you need someone else to do this? You overseas? Those are two of the easiest networks I've been accepted to. Neverblue was actually the first network I was ever approved on, and I didn't even know what I was talking about on the phone call. I was stuttering like a nervous virgin on the phone for 1-2 minutes, then they approved me and let me go.
