If I can just add, been using this site for a long time too, it does work, and yes the on-site links are nofollow but...
1. Google will index your site from a nofollow link, it just doesn't pass page rank
2. JumpTags gives every account an RSS feed of your own links/bookmarks, so when you create an account there you get a feed that will always have your latest 10 bookmarks in it, and those links are not nofollow. Just go to your account page to find the URL for the feed.
I just posted about this in another thread here today, but basically you can syndicate that rss feed to directories with R$$ Submit or similar program and get a bunch of additional free links fast too.
Oh, and be sure to bookmark your jumptags rss feed URL on delicious or some other service so that G finds it directly. Then you will have ******** links from the JumpTags TLD to your site(s) as far as G-bot is concerned these carry authority.
Another similar service is Faves that is fast for getting new sites and domains indexed too.
