Get Google to Spider and Credit Your XRumer/ScrapeBox Backlinks

I had made a review in another thread about a recent XRumer profile link blast I purchased and mentioned how I check my backlinks.

First off, let me say that when I first started creating thousands of backlinks on a daily basis, I tried pinging them and it just didn't have the results I was looking for.

Additionally, I am of the opinion that it's better to let Big Brother (Google) find the backlinks naturally and then get credit for them eventually.

I use this method for XRumer success lists, profile links, and ScrapeBox posted lists -- whatever. All you need is a list of URLS and preferably a separate computer from the one you're using for work.

I use Firefox for this method... Read it and weep:

1) Make sure you have installed the Google toolbar for Firefox.

2) Head on over to this Firefox Add-on (Flem):
Code:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6321/

3) Install Flem to your Firefox browser.

4) Restart Firefox.

5) The Flem toolbar should now be displayed on Firefox.

6) Click on "Slideshow" from the pull down menu and then click on "Configure slideshow."

7) I like to use the Timer and I set mine to 10 seconds. Your mileage may vary.

8) At this point, you have two choices... You can either have Flem open the file containing your list of backlink urls OR you can open the file containing the list of backlink urls YOURSELF and then copy and paste as many of those urls into Flem to check.

9) Once you've decided which method you'd like to use to check your backlinks -- from the toolbar once again, click on "Slideshow" and then click on "Start slideshow."

10) Now just let Firefox do its thing and check all your backlinks...

Why use this method? Well with the Google toolbar installed, you're helping Google FIND the web page containing your backlink... It is then added to Google's database of web pages to spider. Once it does, you'll start seeing your backlinks actually HELP move you toward the top of Google's SERPs for your keyword/keyword phrase.

I've been using this method for over a year and it works very well...

Good luck!

Does this work? I'm gonna have to test it... sounds like another great indexing method I can add to my list of methods :)

A little over a day... No more than 30 hours which is WHY I mentioned having another computer handy to do the work automatically.

I use this method successfully to move up in Google SERPs in a month or less when usually it takes up to 4 months when you rely on Google to find your backlinks naturally.

I wouldn't have bothered posting about it if it didn't work...

It WORKS.

Unfortunately, I'm no programmer... I originally started using a php script I found that read the list of urls from a text file. It worked/works reasonably well but I found it's actually slower than using Flem.

You want the page to fully load in the browser... That's why I use 10 seconds but I've had good success using 7 seconds as well. I've just noticed that I get a lot more page loads when using 10 seconds.

But to answer your question... Yes, you can run multiple instances of Firefox and speed this up. It's a bit of a pain but if you do this, then you definitely need a completely separate computer to run this task:

You could always turn loading images off! And javascript etc as all it needs to do is load the damn page and then that should reduce the loading time.

Going to give this a try and see how well it works.

Thanks

Filmy,
How did you work with the fact that flem cuts off the url for many user profiles? For example, I input:
http://www.gtdagenda.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=3854

but it only reads: http://www.gtdagenda.com/forum/index.php?action=profile

which is a problem since it's not navigating to that specific user url. Is there some setting we can alter that can allow the ; character into the url?

Flem has NEVER done that to me... Ever. I can't tell you how many times I've sat there watching it go from url to url... The only urls that don't show up (for me) are the urls the forum webmasters have already deleted.

Uh, what's the big deal.... Head your ass over to WHT and pick up a domestic WINVPS for $15 a month of less....

Indexing service for $15 a month that could process 10,000 urls a day up to.... unknown? I'm all in... lol. I will have this in place in under an hour I bet. LOL

AWESOME SHARE (if it works. Gotta be "That" guy as well since we have so many stories around here.)

No thanks on the Google Toolbar. As an adwords advertise its just another way for Google to spy on me. Anything google related is just asking for trouble espeically the Google Toolbar along with Chrome and anything else Google.

Looking for the best deal as we speak. Never had to search for a VPS where I didn't care about how they acted about spam before... no spam involved here, lol.

[EDIT IN]
Also never had to shop for such minimal VPS requirements.

I'm really tempted to just go with a 256MB Ram basic WINVPS. I mean, how much ram do you need to open a forum or bogger page..... lol

I use Gotekky. They've been great for me and a few others who post on bhw.

Volume Drive is cheap as shit for their VPS too, which works since you won't have to worry about complaints.

I was thinking
Code:
http://webedgehosting.com/windows_vps.php

if you use the 25off coupon, your talking about $14.50 a month for not a whole lot of hardware - but firefox only requires 64Mb of ram. FLEM and the GT didn't post system requirements.

I will check out your two places now and probably have a purchase tonight.

Checked into your suggestions:
VD wants me to email them for pricing and time is of the essence here :)
Gotekky didn't offer WINVPS that I found....

Ordered from the site above for $14.25 a month... I'll give it a run and see.

OP: How long does it normally take Google's crawler to add the url's to it's index (not cache, just index) when doing this in your experience. I want to use that information to get an idea of when I can expect a result to report back.

I would say less than a month and fairly consistent at that but add a week during Google dance.

why would you use this on a new site?? As if google finding 10K of backlinks from a site that is 4 weeks old will not look un-natural..... This little tool will get your ass sandboxed so fast! your head gunna spin.

Nobody said ANYTHING about using this technique on a new site... What are you talking about?

And just in case anyone is wondering about creating backlinks for a new site... I've found it's always best to wait at least a month and a half before going crazy with backlink creation. I actually prefer to wait between 2 and 3 months myself... During this aging process, you should be training Google about your new site by publishing new content on a consistent weekly basis.

No thanks on the Google Toolbar. As an adwords advertise its just another way for Google to spy on me. Anything google related is just asking for trouble espeically the Google Toolbar along with Chrome and anything else Google.

HUH? We're talking about getting thousands of backlinks sitting on web pages WAITING to be found by Google. Get it? We're not talking about using the Toolbar do ANYTHING ELSE. Just feed the new backlinks to Google via their own toolbar. I've had problems pinging massive amounts of backlinks to one domain in the past so I no longer mass ping pages containing my backlinks.

This is WHY I also mentioned having a dedicated computer to run this task...
