Not to sound pessimistic but I find Fiverr to be very hit and miss. You can have an aged account with 500+ great reviews and struggle to get sales now and you can have a new account made today and get 4 sales all rolled up in one.

Seems like a game of luck. Make many accounts, target different niches, use different keywords, buy reviews for all of them and pray the Fiverr algorithm Gods favour you
