Unless he can confirm he nulled it himself, I wouldn't trust it. Since he uploaded an older version when the newer version is already out, it's probably not his download so use at your own risk.

Been using https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/get-shopify-turbo-portland-newest-version-5-0-0-350.1188325/ for about a week now after thoroughly analyzing every post, OP, and file integrity. Working great so far but I'll keep everyone updated.
