For some who must be wondering how this works.Well first you click a few links or sign up to a program or two and earn credits.You can also buy credits.But I didn't as you can get it just by signing up in a few programs why would you pay right.Then you get to use the credits to promote your offers,ads,links ect.

adsense will ban you for such clicks and CPA companies will ban you for fraud leads. OP have you been paid by your CPA for leads from that site ?
When promoting CPA offers you must have a lot of traffic in that offer.So one or two sign ups from there doesn't matter.And in such state it won't be considered fraud leads.
A ) Bad Idea. B ) The site looks like a quick bs site. Adsense and any CPA company will nail you. Easy.
Guys, never, ever buy of this company. All they send is bots and if you bother to look at the 1 second stay time you would realize that. Just search revisitors scam in google.
