get a new account?

I was reading one of the wonderful products from our download section (thanks all who contribute), and noticed something about creating a new clickbank account if you haven't used it for a while.

I personally don't see the sense/logic in this, but then again, maybe he knows something I don't. Is there any truth in this or is it perfectly fine to continue using an old account that never earned any money?
