To talk about your question a bit more specifically, rel="noopener noreferrer" ultimately opens a link in a new tab/window. Noreferrer, specifically, is for analytics, which obfuscates the referrer page. If you specifically see nofollow, only then is that referring to a nofollow link.

The lolenlyplanet.com link will never get index because the site owner Disallow the Google-bot to crawl the profile page check the site robots.txt and other site has a spam score of 33%
