This is a really old method. I read about it in an ebook that contained a few other methods for getting free vouchers in it, but more than half of them don't work anymore. I haven't tried this one myself, but I have heard people say it still works. Not 100% sure though, but I guess if you don't get the vouchers like wakkaoaka said, just cancel. Unless, that is, you wanna sell domains.
