Ok i'm sure there a couple of webmasters from Germany here running german sites / landing pages and using blackhat methods to get leads/traffic.
Basically my main problem is the german law that req you to provide valid contact info (Name , Adress etc) or you can face huge penalty fees by the law.
My domains are all .com and "whois" protected but they still can catch my ass right?

you can't really hide your info with a protected whois, so if you break the law by whatever means it's possible to get your info directly from ICANN.
and if you use fake info, ICANN can disable the domain completely.

i have seen one thread here in this forum only, in that the OP offering complete hiding of domain info with a cost of $110/year. i dont know more abt this...will tryto findout...

Use Namecheap to register a .net / .org or .com Domain - they rank better then de's and you can hide your who is data

yes, but not for long. if the german government indicates a possible fraud as the reason, the registrar will disclose personal data

but there are several ways to hide your footsteps. time ago [in my former life] we had some ways to stay undetected in real life mode :D

more on PM

i second the idea of going offshore. start a maildrop somewhere, register a panama corporation or a trust. they'll neve r be able to find out who you are, as panama has very strict privacy laws. and, as said above, this is a GREAT opportunity for tax evasion.

I offered this, but the company got busted by 3 european legal authorities (because the "boss" did some real bh scam (cc scam etc.) )

btw. iam hosting 5 domains there 100% anonymous xD

Germany is great! Large market, few competitors,.... No true BH needed IMHO.

But why do you want to stay anonymous, are you doing any mischief, be bold in what you do. Find out a reason so that you do not need to be anonymous.

ya german laws are ridiculous, they wiretap everything there.... havent come to far in my opinion

like above posters said, go offshore if your serious about it
