Geolocated (EU) HQ FB post likes... still available somewhere?

I've been on and around FB for years, and managed to develop a good expertise in SMM there. But things changed radically last year, which pretty much outdated some of my techniques. For example, I used to pay for geolocated post likes that were high quality, real-looking, and genuinely from the right countries. But all the services I knew in the UK, in France or Italy are now either dead or selling low-quality "World" likes. I only know one German website still reliable (for German FB likes only). Could you recommend some dedicated services (based in Europe)?
