is generating massive traffic at once could bring issues, for exemple a site that has 50 daily unique visitors, and out of a sudden you get 7-8k traffic, will this make the ads network you dealing with suspecious, like you are buying traffic or using bots ?

edit: the traffic is totally whitehat, just the post had very good feedback and people shared it alot.

By network you mean a CPA network?

Let your AM know that you are marketing harder/differently and getting more quality targeted traffic to his offers and, while you are at it, ask him/her for a bump in your pay out due to the higher volume of quality traffic.

I think they will know if something is dodgy, they won't just assume it's fraudulent because of the amount. Shouldn't anyway.

As someone said above, just let them know what's happening and see what they say.
