My total payments received is about 50 transaction and about 5k a month.

I average about 4 disputes a month which I always settle and refund.

I've only started selling in the past year.

I am using my personal paypal account that i've been using for the past 10 years.

Am I on the road to becoming limited?

You will be fine, I went about 1 year getting about 10-20 disputes a month before it got banned. (selling social media services is a bitch lol)

It also matter why you are getting disputes. If you are accused of selling fakes or not shipping after being paid, paypal has a much lower tolerance than if customer gets the items or service and is asking for a refund because they're not happy with it.

If the disputes are because of unhappy customers, and not you doing shady business, then you should be fine.

If your transactions are legitimate, then you giving back refunds no questions asked is more of a respectable policy.
