As we all know practically every site dealing with businesses have these files located somewhere on their website (mostly at the bottom with the copywrite info) so instead of having them written word for word, how or where could I produce these documents for my website? Without hiring a professional writer if possible (otherwise if unable to avoid it, could you refer me to best cheapest writer to hire?)

... anybody? It's a legit question, if you wish to tell me to "f*** off" just tell me to google it, otherwise any advice or legit answer would be greatly appreciated please.

But seriously you can just use something like http://209.204.219.152/free_disclaimer.htm

Just bust out a quick google for "privacy policy" & "terms of service". A little copy/paste, and you're good to go.
