Most managers cited entitlement, lack of motivation, effort and productivity from the Gen Z workers as the reasons for being insufferable to work with. Some said the workers got 'offended' too easily which provided the managers another reason to give them the boot.

That's because Gen Z is the generation who grew up with more comfort and less struggle. Growing up that way gives you a sense of entitlement. They're against hard work because society taught them they don't need to sacrifice anything to have a comfortable life.

Tbh I was like this too. It took me many years to realize the elders in the workplace weren't fools and i forgot to look at a lot of variables. Only when the vission gets broader we realize no one is a fool and they are all trying to juggle.

One quick example.

Solar/EV is not green as it's being portrayed.

Solar panels/batteries are 10x bad than plastics.

Solar panels generates heat. Oil is still much much much better compared to these current sustainable energies.

This cancel culture, is a joke.
 
In fact, Millenials have contributed a lot to this problem. Most of the major distractions (FB, TikTok, Insta, etc) are created by Millenials. Further, the major distraction of "Sex" (onlyfans, porn sites, Feminism, vulgar movies, and shows) are also created by Millenials and previous generations. We gave them (Gen Z) a bad environment and we are reaping the product. Millennials too got this nuisance from their previous generation. So this degradation goes even back. The core reason is the growing concept of individuality in the West which makes people insensitive to the fact that human beings and society function collectively.
