    Hi guys,

I am using gaypal button to paid in my site. I tried to check whether its working correctly using my friends account. But can not transfer money between indian accounts.

How indian buyers can pay for my service? Should I just moneybookers in my site? or is there any other way?

    Thanks
    Napster

Fuck Paypal man! It's such a bloody pain for Indian users, but all the blame should go to our great RBI and our hopeless governments, not paypal alone.

I use bank transfers for indian payment transfers. Cheapest method

    • Thanks Thanks x 2

PP is really one of the worst methods when it comes to Indian clients payouts I think you should get ahead with bank transactions or online wire transfer

DOnt you know this fu***ng rule? Indian paypal user cant use paypal money to buy online or send to other user. We can only recieve & withdraw it to your bank account.
It has been implimented since 1 march 2011.

You can use local bank transfer just for indian user. MB or LR are also good option.

Didn't you read about their new crappier policies?

    - You cant recv more than $500 in one go
    - Can't keep money in acc more than 1 week
    - Indians can't buy anything using gaypal

PS - Indian Buyers can pay for your (and any other) service using GayPal only if they have a credit card associated with their GayPal account.

Don't think that indians can pay indians even if they have a CC associated with their account. It just does not allow you to pay.

BTW, how many indians are using alert pay and happy with their service since they do wire trfs only ( much better than cheque )

I can confirm that you cannot use paypal to make payments to Indians. You tend to feel like your living in some ice-age or stone age when living in India thanks to poopal and RBI. I heard 2CO is a pretty cool method to receive payments, however useless for making payments. With 2CO you can receive international wire transfers for much lower charges. I'm contemplating 2CO or Authorize.net .

Well I am a Indian Paypal user and here is my expirience on this

If you are Outside India and sending payments to Indian User -
1)You can send me max. 500$.
2)You can't send the payment as gift, but you can send payment as service/goods.

If you are in India And want to send funds via Paypal:-
1)Even if your account is verified by bank, you need to add CC/VCC to make payments,
2)The balance in paypal cannot be used for any transiction you need to widraw it to your bank/card.

Basically we can use paypal just we need to add CC/VCC to our account.
    Hope this helps.

I suppose its about local indian laws forbidding Paypal some functions...?

Maybe you guys would want to sign up with paypal.co.uk or another countries paypal? Might have to buy a VPN for this not sure.

gaypal is being a dick, anyway, the govt is also to blame! find alternate payment methods, for domestic payments use bank transfer, that will help! :)
