    Hi,

So, let's say for this year I decided to give up smoking so I am using NRT.(nicotene replacement theropy).

    I used

    Patches
    Gum.

So, after about 19 days, this is what my arm dewelled into..

Bashed, from smoking patches.. My mouth is worse.

Lack of nicotene can really be a killer.. but I am going to keep it up... - I smoked averagely. 64 ciggerettes a day for 7 years.

Taking a hard effect on me I think?

I chewed on straws during my withdraw period, which helped me.

Stupid people will keep doing dumb things, smart people always think of a solution.

Do whatever it takes, even if it seems dumb. People always made fun of me cause I had a ass load of straws around, but its what worked for me. They all still smoke, I dont

    Excatly,

Monthly was spending over at least £200. which is horrid...

I've now given up and put that money in an isa to try and reap the money back which I've spent over the last year =].

Hopefully, i'll keep this up.. it's just a matter of will power.. Just my arm is ugly.

3 packs a day?? I think its VERY normal what you are going through.. Keep it up! Use suckers, gum, and keep shit in your mouth when you want a cig. Its the rituals that will drive you nuts. At least the ones you would do when you would smoke.

    Yes,

a lot of peer presure has been done at my work place, as they've all said "hey, want to go for a fag".

but what's keeping me going is the following

    - if someone says this to you, just say "Nah, not yet, maybe later" then do not actually have one.

    - or just say to your self "not going to have one today".

This gets the feeling of "given up" out of your head, meaning that your not given up your simply just not having one.

Hey guys...i quit smoking last mont also with an natural medicine (plants) and really worked for me and i was smoking also 2 packs per day. I was surprised how good is the thing and i was thinking to be a reseller. You will not find it anywhere on internet because the guy don t know stuff about internet oh he doesn't care. Somebody interested to make a venture from this? The stuff really works. I was wondering what kind of contract to do with him to give me white label license to resell his stuff.I don t want to make him rich. :)

Please PM me if you are interested.

I quit some years ago after smoking for about 20 years - started when I was 11.

My advice is to change your routine as much as you can for as long as you can during the first weeks when you quit.

Smoking is very much a mental habit thing rather than physical...yeh, i know it doesn't seem like that the first few days, but it is true.

Oh, and read Allen Carr's book:)

    Congratulations man!

Let me tell you something, right now it seems like it's really hard.

Keep it up and someday soon, you won't feel any urge to smoke and the

thought will actually make you sick.

I ready Allen Carr's "The Easy Way to Quite Smoking"

    Read that bro

Good luck, you can do it. I know you can.

Cigs are hard to quit, but smoking over three packs a day is the reason you're that addicted. Of course that is common knowledge, but I smoke about a half of a pack a day, which isn't that terrible. I had "successfully" quit about six months ago, but found myself smoking again after three months without one. I exercise and eat healthy, and smoke my ten or so cigarettes per day (if even). One day I'll stop though. When I'm rich perhaps. ;)

I invented a new quit-smoking patch, but with a difference. Most quit-smoking patches are placed on your arm, but mine is placed over your mouth. It works great! :D

    Cheers! - "Wiz"

In Montreal we have some centers that use soft laser on acupuncture points to stop smoking.
The logic behind is that nicotine fakes the feeling of endorphin, but stops your brain from creating it. So the soft laser just turbo charges the gland in charge of it. Withdrawal symptoms are minimal and last only for 3 days in worst cases. Then it is up to you to stay away from cigarettes.
Here's a link, maybe you have a similar place where you are?

I opted for the magic pill -- chantix. after 7 days of taking the pill, I didnt want to smoke anymore. I tried to smoke after the 7 days but couldnt, I had to throw the cigarette away.

Many people told me use natural methods, or use my mind, or nicotine gum or patches. But all I cared about was what works. Chantix works. I smoked about 1 pack a day for about 15yrs. Im smoke free for about 3yrs.

I invited a similar form of birth control...the women just places the pill on the inside of one knee then holds it there with the other...100% effective.

Think I can make like a 2 page e-book and sell it through clickbank?
