Hey everyone!

Around 5 years ago, I started a Gaming Youtube Channel in South America, and in three years managed to get around 25k subs, 50mil views, partner Machinima and yes, make some money.

With college applications and well, college itself, I took a huge break from filming and I only very recently managed to gather enough courage and free time to get back to the hobby.

However, I released a new video and boom- mere 200 views :0. The video before that had 30k. Before before that, 110k and before before before that, sweet 500k! Clearly, I'm rusty.

Things changed a lot. Yt subs are now basically worthless. Quality-wise, from thumbnail, to duration, to keyword placement, my latest video is my best one so far and yet, it got less than 1% of my average views.

This is when BHW popped back into my mind. Around 4 years ago, I used to read a lot from here, specially regarding dropshipping (which I successfully did for quite some time) and I now I plan on once again use this blessed forum to work smarter, way smarter, towards my first 100k views.

If you managed to read this far, thanks for the interest! Unfortunately, I can't share my channel (and therefore my "real" name ) here for obvious reasons, but I go by name misantrope ;) and I hope we can all learn more together!

Cheers :)

Being more specific with what I plan on doing for now:

1) Try out some SMM for HR views. I'm now with Curse Union for Gamers Network and I didn't find enough info to see if it's safe to pump up my latest video with monetization on, so I plan on disabling it and getting 1-3k of the best views provider I can get my hands on (please recommend what works for you!!).

2) Now that the ugly comeback is outta the way, I can negotiate some media partnerships with "app testing" (basically, surveys that pay users with later redeemable points and you can get a bunch of those by referring people - FeaturePoints is a good example)- really sweet passive income.

3) For my next video releases, use my newfound SMM sources to safely reach an acceptable amount of initial views (at least 1-2k). Additionally, buy Reddit and maybe Facebook/Twitter placement to support my art with real, focused and captivated traffic.

4) Take my profit and partially reinvest on equipment, social media and growth tools for my channel. The rest will be solely converted into crypto.

5) Get my silver plate!

I have only 3k organic subs and have a similar strategy. Right now there isn't anyone that sells HR views that are longer than 5 minutes. Among the 5min ones I'd recommend QQtube.

This is probably your biggest issue: One of the YouTube algorithm's most important metrics is how many of your subscribers watch your new videos within the first 24 hours.

If you've been out of the game for a while, your subscriber-base is stale. Additionally, you probably aren't showing up in related videos / autoplay and will need to play catch-up.

However, since you've been sticking to one niche, your channel is definitely redeemable.

I was unaware of that metric, thanks! Yes, my channel is definitely redeemable (better than starting fresh).

Point some 301 redirects at your video with Tinyurl, Bit.ly and Owl.y and then buy an xrumer gig here and blast those 3 urls with your keywords. Should help with the ranking.
TY very much for the tip bro!!!
