the safe sites dont have to match your desired niche.
you can make them close though like:
for crypto - use investment, business type of safe sites
for gambling - you can use for example gaming
for dating, you can use relationship advice

Safe pages should only just match creatives and/or keywords. Niche per se is irrelevant. E.g. crypto comes good with investments literacy, sometimes with content about how crypto is dangerous and risky. Generally, I've seen people use safe sites that speak of negative sides of what is actually being promoted.

you mean create a site that looks safe and friendly. But does that reduce conversions compared to direct advertising?

you have a great idea, but what is their conversion rate. Is it more effective than using a web page cloak?

direct advertising only works with things that dont break the ToS of the advertiser. cloaking is only if you want to advertise something that doesnt fit the advertisers rules.
so you create a safe site which only the advertising network will see while real users get cloaked and sent to a different landing page.

I am looking for a professional and proven safe site creator, too. Are those safe.site guys reliable? Last time I tried (other safe site provider), I got banned swiftly for „malicious site“ by Google Ads, but that might be because of threshold accounts.

online gaming doesnt really break the ToS i think so you can do direct advertising.
