    Hello BHW,
I'm a longtime and heavy YT v.iew buyer, seo video jacker and I'm writing to give back some useful 411 to the rest of BHWers about YT's latest bot view filtering /video banning epidemic of the last few months of 2013. I'm interested in sharing my experience and having others here add to this discussion as time goes on so we can all benefit.

Here's the problem: Lately (early 2014), a lot of longtime YT view sellers on this board are selling views that are getting us buyers banned, usually with this message from YT:
This following video was found in Violation of TOU #4 Section H:

"You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the YouTube servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser . . .blah blah blah . . .Please note that deleting the video(s) will not resolve the Terms of Use violation and it will prevent YT from reinstating the video(s), even if the appeal(s) would otherwise have been successful. You may also reupload the removed video(s) providing you do not violate YT?s Terms of Use.
As a courtesy, we have reuploaded your video(s) here:

Please note that the video exists at a new URL. Please also note that all previous views, likes, and comments have been removed.
    The YT Team

A bunch of guys got caught, then YT reuploads their banned video into a different url set to "private" without banning your account. This is how you know YT has specifially caught you buying views (instead of some other TOS violation). Many dudes log into their same account and then to set their banned video to "public" again. But I wouldn't do this. I suspect YT has flagged your account and is keeping this video on their radar with this action- so instead, I am firing up a different account and reuploading the video there.

Too many YT view sellers are still using easy bot mobile views. YT started noticing retention last year and started blocking views where a 1 minute YT video had like 50k views (supposedly with around 50,000 minutes "viewed" , right?) but total time viewed was only three hours. Bot view exposed. So YT view sellers and services got around this by making their views last longer- promising their bots to "watch" your most of your video. YT now is striking back with placing more emphasis on "natural" looking views and shares.

This means your YT views need to have a significant amount of social media shares, especially G**gle Plus shares likes, along with FB embeds, shares and Twitter links. This also means you video should be embedded on other websites, large and small (like a typical "natural" share). Also, you will need to have more videos to be Subscription Driven (Your video with 100k views and only 2 subscription shares looks totally unnatural).

IMPORTANT: you wil notice that every one of your individual YT videos have several different referring urls. Most YT sellers here on this board are sending all their bots to just one of these urls (because it's faster and easier for them). "Natural" YT views are spread out among the following types:
    standard YT (hxxp://YTURL/c123xyz or hxxp://YTURL/watch?v=c123xyz)
    iframe embed (<iframe width="560" height="315" src="ytURL" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>)
    Featured (YTURL/watch?v=NfExKlBKGWc&feature=c4-overview-vl&list=PLA1CC4A6F57A722CD)
    Featured List (YTURL/watch?v=XgxZsHdNlnk&list=PLA1CC4A6F57A722CD)
NOTE: you can vary urls also by changing the canocalization- ie; adding the www with or without hxxp in front of your vid url

I REPEAT: A views seller who is sending all your purchased bots to just one of these urls is sending YT a loud message that says "Ban me please!". Also, YT is keeping track if any of your "visitors" to your video are clicking on to the other SUGGESTED videos on the page. YT thinks this behavior is really a human and legit.

THE TAKEAWAY: Watch out for YT view sellers who have been on this board longer than four months back. Chances are they haven't updated their clumsy methods, and I see many of them are having problems delivering on purchased views. Also, prepare to pay more $ for any views that stick because the seller now has to spend more time gaming YT's system.

I'm sure there's way more info to share on this topic, (including recommendations on YT sellers who have overcome the new view algo) but that's what I've seen from my end so far. Good luck.
