Quick question for all the BHW gurus here:

I have a .com that is onsite seo'ed with no offsite and am ready to begin backlinking.
The .com domain is not a 100% match to the keywords that I'm trying to capture traffic from (but close).
I have a .info domain that matches the keyword phrase I'm going after 100%.
Should I create backlinks to the .info domain and have that domain fwded to the .com?
Where will the PR fall? Will the .info rise in SERP or the .com?
And most importantly, please tell me why you would suggest whichever approach you recommend.
    I hope I didn't confuse you guys!

    Thanks!
    This place rocks
