I finally got the chance to purchase scrapebox 2 weeks ago, and i have to say its an impressive app. However, I am not quite sure the future of this software as there seems to be a lot of plugins / filters around.

    Any inputs will be appreciated:

    1. Most WP blogs are nofollow.
    2. Those auto approve blogs/sites are usually poor-quality and already abused by others
    3. Plugins like Akismet prevent you from spamming.
    4. Moderate blogs usually dont approve those comments

Once again, i just got scrapebox 2 weeks ago, didnt get a chance to play around with it much. I admit i am a total noob. The above are just concerns that I have.

    Please advise. Thanks.

There are many ways to use scrapebox, it's not just a spam tool.

Most of the time, I use it to find high pr pages related to my domain and I comment them manually.

    Don't worry too much:

    1. Some are, i dont worry too much about ********
    2. You can find fresher aa blogs using the time search
    3. Not that many blogs have askimet
    4. Think more carefully about the sort of comments that do get approved even on non AA blogs, have a look at some moderated blogs for generic comments that got approved

    Hope that helps

You can use SB in two ways. Either spam the f.. out of your tiers.

Or use it to scrape high quality blogs, where you can make a manual post, that points directly to your money site. Blogs that don't have autoaproval will be less likely to have spam comments, so the linkvalue will be a lot higher if you manage to get a link approved.

It's a useful tool but can't stand alone and it's not just set and forget, and then expect to be on top of G.

Maybe we'll have more options of blog platforms to post on that are NOT moderated, do-f0llow etc etc..

Maybe we'll have a forum posting module..

    Maybe maybe maybe..

    We'll only have to wait...

Thanks for the input guys. Appreciated.

So when commenting on those WP blogs, do you guys usually put an anchor link on the comment itself, or simply put your URL into "your website" box?

    Thanks again

The anchor is your name, "your website" box is made for the URL you want to link.

Nofollow or ********, either way it's going to add credibility to your website.
Well, its power of numbers. Lets say 5% of the sites that are autoapprove are not spam. A list of 100 is only going to get 5 quality links, but a list of 20 or 30 thousand will get you more than you need.
Plugins? Nah, you never get this problem if you buy auto approve lists.
Moderated blog, well its trial and error. I have a few comments that I know work almost all the time if I write them, regardless of the blog content.
You'd be best starting out with an autoapprove list, no doubt.

    Goodluck

Heh, can you imagine those people even knowing what is the "plugins" folder there? What's Akismet and his key? LOL
Just on every blast go and manually comment 20 PR 5+ blogz, or use sort of roboform, and copy-paste on manually on 100 highprs.
