    Hello guys,

I started an offline business in webdesign/hosting and maintenance.
The business is all about getting jobs to make a website or
to maintain a website and such.

The problem is that I am ranking well with my business name: KBD-Design
but the problem further on is that I can't get ranked well on the keywords
I liked to get ranked on. Such as: webdesign winschoten(the location)

What I know is that I have to write little comments and post them to forums.
Then I need to link the keyword in the text (anchor text) to my site right?

I know that a linkwheel is very good, but I can't get them work. :(

Guys, this is very important for me and please help me out!! read a lot on
this forum and got already plenty of usefull information. But need some help.

    Thanks anyway!! Peace out!

I think that you are going about this all wrong. It is much easier to find website clients offline through word of mouth than to try grabbing someone online. Maybe you should reassess why you are trying to rank for the term:
-Are you trying to rank so that you can get clients who are searching for web designers in this city?
-> Why not just go talk to some business owners or friends about getting a website made.

-Or are you trying to rank so that you can show off you rankings for the term?
-> Somewhat pointless to rank for the term if you are not already making money with this business. Why waste your time on something that is not going to make you more money.

Also, you may want to grab a basic SEO guide here from the forums that covers all the on-site and off-site optimization you will need. Luckily enough, in most cities the web design companies that are ranking don't know diddle squat about SEO.

Hahahah yeah that's true, I am trying to show them my ranking so I can do some SEO for them and charge them a hell lot of money because they think Google is king of all.
Second, I want to rank well on google because when a friend is talking to a friend.. "yeah heard of KBD-Design", "No", "They made a website for me, realy great quality". So what the guy is doing is searching on google for kb-design or kbd-design all kind of names for my business, and ofcourse I want to be found.

I even want to rank so other people can see what I can do with SEO, and them
optimize there site, and hope they will get some sales. A client has got a special wellness site, and they want little more business populairity. They want to get a little
bit known by the people that are searching for such products. Damnn my English isn't very good.

So any suggestions how to solve this?

    - I am gonna search for that one, Thanks!

Try an xrumer blast or paul and angelas links. I have had much success with those two methods. Good luck.
