I have a full time job and have been looking into creating a BST pay for a donor and all, just want to have idea if any one who has a BST has a full time job and how do they cope.

The thing is to do the job is not a problem, but replying immediately to the customers can be in few hours, and I want my customer support to be top notch.

    Is this move visible?

    thanks

Yes, you can manage. Mention your online time at your BST so people can contact you at that time.

try to get one of those smart phones you know ))), keeps you online all the time. If your job doesnt give you a chance to pick up a phone and type in it, theres always brakes. Its not hard to do, just try and work on things that dont work )

Like skripel said, smart phone is a must! Though, it mostly depends on what kind of service you are offering!

I do 90% of my work on my DROID, so a smart phone is a must.

First of all, you may have been charged extra.. taxes or whatever, not sure.. but I paid $97.

And as for the BST, it is very very manageable. I am under 25. I haven't got a job yet but Im still in education, meaning 10AM - 3PM, Im normally away from the computer, at school, working my ass off and chilling out with friends.

When Im out, I check things on my smart phone (iPhone 4S is a great phone!).. and then I simply go home at around 4-5PM, after hanging out with mates, and I manage the BST for a few hours. I have everything set up automatically and I have a team working for me so maybe thats why it is easy for me.. but I do complete about 50% of the work myself manually and I still have time to go out with friends, watch TV, play some games and even sleep :p

So yes, very manageable but get a decent phone too.

Again, if you get your phone - this means you should be able to speed up your customer support by a hell lot more. And then you can spend the rest of your time managing the orders when you get home later. That should work fine! ;)
