Full Pass + Accommodation

Hi,

I have been emailing Craig since 5th August and I have no reply yet.

My question is very simple.

I just want to know my confirmation number for my hotel booking and instructions on how i can book additional days at the hotel.

It would be very helpful if the ungagged team communicate some information about this.

Hi irdeto, all comms have been replied via the ungagged.com email account and we are completely up to date with all support queries so I'm glad we have now resolved your email issues. Hopefully this answer may serve as help to anyone else with the same question/s. When you purchase the ticket plus accommodation we gather the names and bulk send them to Caesars weekly or bi-weekly. They then email you directly with the confirmation of your stay. We are in communication with Caesars regarding this to ensure all reservations are confirmed. The ticket including accommodation includes the 3 night stay at Caesars Palace Fri Nov 14-Sun Nov 16.
