Actually, I would notice so please don't. Anyways, I've been lucid dreaming for quite some time now and it's starting to fuck with my mind. I don't try to do it, it just happens and it's fucking with me in real life. I'm starting to get confused about certain small details like what day it is, did my friends say he was coming over or was I dreaming that, and other things like that. I love lucid dreaming because of how awesome it is but I hate it because it's starting to fuck with me. Any ideas on how to stop this?

By getting a daily routine? Something that you do differently each day of the week but something that you make sure to do. Maybe having a different breakfast or something lol

When and how did it start? Anything been going on lately you feel too hard to deal with or unable to reach? What do you dream about while lucid dreaming ?

Don't really know much about the subject. Just some questions that come to mind.

    How would that help?

Not exactly sure when but it was recently. Nope. Normal stuff, I guess. I'll have dreams about my everyday life but each dream has a drastic difference from my real life.

    I smoke the ganja.

I'd digg into that. Drastic how? What do they have in common? How would your life change if you turned those dreams into reality?

Sorry, I don't mean to be intrusive. Don't expect you to actually answer these questions in public. Just the way I'd go.

This might sound Stupid, but it can help, whenever you are doing something, explain in detail to your exactly what you are doing, and keep doing this as long as you keep going through this, it helps you remember all the things that are real or it will help a little bit.

Well, what I think the guy who had posted, "have a daily routine" meant is that if anything deviates from this daily routine you will easily be able to identify this deviance as a lucid dream.

And I was jking about the, "you're not really here, either" post ;)

I'd say use self hypnosis since you're already in that state of mind... give yourself positive suggestions that you WILL know and realize the difference between your lucid dreams and your waking state.

Lucid dreaming is real and can be used for great benefit, though I've never used it to the extent that you mention.

Did it just start happening one day, or did you do something that set it off, or did you train yourself to do it, and if so on the latter teach me please lol, it can have it's uses.

The same happened to me along with some OBEs. But that didn't truly f***ed me up though. Just left me with an uneasy feeling of how things truly not are as they seem. Hard to explain.

Anyway, in my case, these experiences always last only for a short period of time. 2 - 4 weeks then it's all gone. It can take years for them to come back. Maybe it will be the same for you?

It's the internet, what's the worse that could happen? Lol. Drastic as in WTF?! this would never happen unless this was a different reality. They have everything in common. If these dreams were to be real it would be pretty fucking sweet.

Not sure but I think it started out me waking up realizing that everything was just a dream then gradually things started to seem more real. I taught myself to lucid dream. All you have to do is before you go to sleep start saying aloud and to yourself that you will have a lucid dream and remember everything. First, I would read up on it because there are different techniques and what I'm experiencing can happen to anyone who does it.

I hope it doesn't last too long.

    I'll never quit the ganja!

You have to deprogram your brain. You have constantly taught yourself to remember your dreams and constantly ask yourself "am i dreaming?" Just forget about it, go to sleep not visualizing for once and think about absolutely nothing. Keep your mind blank and eventually you should fall back into groove.

That's what I've been doing. I don't do any technique before I go to bed and it still happens.

I'm excited that a fellow lucid dreamer is here, but I have to run now but when I come back I'll PM you, actually you should really be proud, it takes a lot of practice to get constant lucid dreams... and about the benefits, we'll speak soon! Enjoy it. Oh and weird enough, if you attempt to have sex in your lucid dream you'll wake up extremely fast, lol.
