So I had a completely verified Business PP account. I needed to load some cash into the account
so I found a local Cash>PayPal card which allowed me to use cash to load the account. I go to the
website to load it and they give me BS as to saying I need documentation when It's already been verified.

Now I have a limited account (can't add funds only) and I can't load the $50 I already paid at the local store. So much shit. I am
just going to get a refund, and stop using PayPal completely. I am setting up a Merchant account and accepting
Credit card payments and sticking to that and direct bank transfers to move money around.

Any one here have suggestions? I already have a Stripes merchant account and they seem pretty good and are
recommended by Freshbooks, which is what I use for invoicing. They transfer your funds every two days to your
specified bank account which is pretty sweet, no long waits for money.

Hey PayPal, here's one for you :thefinger

I do Stripe. One more site and I'll only be striped...
2co is just as complicated as PP IMO
Only thing about Stripe is the set up or pay for a script for what type site you run.

Well I do invoices with Freshbooks, so they are able to pay directly through it. The only reason I want to
stop using PayPal is because of how frustrating they can be. I now have to wait 14 days to receive my check
in the mail for the refund. Absolute shit, I may use them a bit longer and then just completely cancel the account
    to use other merchant processors.

Sorry OP but I don't think you are going to get a refund since those cards are final
at the point of sale. You can get documents for the account if that's the case.
