How did they do it?
A lot of paid traffic
may be they have used some alexa ranking service, which includes paid traffic.
When you look at 'Traffic Sources' it shows 95% search/organic and 0% paid.
you know you can fake organic traffic.
Seems like the usual viral content website, where could all the searches be at ? Must be fake..
Some fake views, it not look so viral
You can see all organic keywords in Pro. I think they offer a free trial.
i dont even take similarweb into account , let alone its metrics.
The site is ranking for some high volume, weird keywords.
Alexa shows even more weird keywords
1. ps4 pro sucks
2. 3ds 11.2 downgrade
3. the gabbie show smells like potato chips
4. krav maga
5. astroneer dynamite
"3. the gabbie show smells like potato chips"
That made me laugh out loud!
I think it's fake
Who can reverse engineer the site?
Maybe they target weird keywords (with good volume) that not too many people are aware of. If there is little or no competition it's easy to rank. That's assuming the traffic is real.
Pretty high goal i hope you get it!
Seems like it.
But how do you find such obscure keywords?
That's the 3 million views question. I never thought about that. But now I might take a look at it.
@bahus is right. It's a lot of extremely low competitive weird keywords with high volume.
The backlink structure is insane, especially in such a short amount of time. Massive amounts of links from three specific similar websites.
I guess that is their network of sites.
Separate names with a comma.
