You can also scrape Crunchbase, which is more Silicon Valley/startup/tech-oriented. Along the same lines would be levels.fyi, Glassdoor, Wellfound (AngelList), etc.

Beyond LinkedIn, you might look at industry-specific directories or professional association websites. Data brokers are another route.
