[Friends Please Me] Youtube Channel Advise Needed

I wanna create a youtube channel and I will make my own videos and i will upload these videos in my channel. I never tried youtube. Please give any safety suggestions ???
also,
1. my sim providing new ip on everyday.
2. my voice is not good so, i am thinking to use free audio from youtube audio library instead of my voice. Is it ok ?
3. which browser should i use ?
4. ......... required advise by you

Before digging dip into those points, start finding a niche and learn creating high quality engaging videos. Those days are gone when we used to upload bunch of craps and got ranked.
