I think nitro is being sarcastic.
But it really depends on how good your facebook acounts are, how good your proxies are, if you've joined groups. Basically looking like a proper facebook user.
If its a new facebook account i wouldnt reccomend adding more then 10 poeple a day on it. But if its an ages account then the amount is up to you. about 40-50 a day i would say.

what about if the account is phone verified ? i guess you can add lot more friends

you can start with 50 for new accounts
Then based on the number of your followers you can follow more
Followers - follow/day
200 - 150
300 - 200
500 - 250
1000+ - 300
2000+ - 500 to 1000
