    Latest thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ek-again-what-have-you-accomplished-week.html

These threads are really catching on. Thread 3, here we are.

My week: Started a paid contribution position, start working on a new $60/hr coding freelance client, been doing a lot of SEO on a local site, working on final bugs over at my new CTR manipulation exchange service, started summer school to get catch up on my CS degree, few other things I can't remember. Really nothing brag-able this week, just grinding.

    What did you accomplish?

I love these threads... Very inspirational!

Business-wise, one of my amazon affiliate sites keeps making more and more money. I'm starting to rank more keywords and I keep making more sales, thanks to BHW.

I'm a software developer also, and I'm working on command line seo tools for mac and linux when my time allows me to do so... I'm putting the finishing touches on my proxy harvester/checker and that's come along nicely this week.

At home, I gave the lawmower a tune up, did some yard work, worked on my cars a little and did the dad thing.

    Modafinil. Enough said.

Found 1000+ unique HQ articles that were never indexed by Google and the only way they would get indexed is through one of my blogs now :D. I am sitting on a content mine boys. Most aren't very targeted in terms of keyword research etc, and I have to beat them into shape a little. But 5 minutes for a 1000-word long article is still a bargain. Started an authority site journey due to this influx of content. Even if it doesn't work out, I think I can flip the site for some money with that much content.

Read shit tons of content about marketing, both digital and traditional, particularly dug deep into the marketing war between hershey and mars.

Wrote about 5000-words worth of content to promote my website. It has now inched upwards in SERPS (very slightly).

Realistically, I think the biggest accomplishment you've made all week is sell more signature space. You make $10 or $20?

Ah now it all makes sense ( Friday + 13 ) . This week I had four, yes that is correct FOUR, flat tires. The 3rd one was the spare wheel while I was on my way to have #2 fixed.

On the real work side, watch a panel blow up ( IGBT's don't seem to last forever )

On the IM or virtual work side. Sold 8 articles. Nothing much . Created a persona ( older male ) to start digging in to a niche and get it flaunted. Will see how it goes.

I was going to be the first to take a dump in your thread but then I thought I'd let others take the lead. :D

Damn. I feel slighted. I Jumped the gun and posted on last weeks, at 2am because it was Friday already! Oh well. Cliff notes I guess -

    Planets Aligned.
    Landed Job.
Wrote Content Plan. Expecting 250,000 words when authority site is done. Scared of all that.
Was accepted into AdSense. (never bothered before, with other methods)

Quit my old job, by showing up 6 hours late and pushing my toolbox to the door. Office Manager said "Found a new job? Aww good for you hunny!" LOL, only in Texas.

$20 signature rentals pay for that?

Hahaha that's brutal. All at once or one at a time? Good luck with the new project.

    Hahaha

    Good work man. Nice hustle.

Lol I didn't know you were still active on here. Not many of us around from before 2010.

Good hustle man. Look forward to seeing you in next week's thread.

Hahaha, I saw a few of you did jump the gun and post on last weeks. 250,000 words is unbelievable. and your manager sounds like a tool.

Haha Mac, She was a kind hearted little fat lady. She knew the machine shop has been going downhill for a while, so I think she was genuinely happy for me to escape before the ship sank.

The 250,000 shouldn't be as hard as it's time consuming. Divide it by 50, its 4,500 words each silo, spread over 9 pages. The information is widely available, so I've got already published info on one side, and I am manually rewriting, based on my "questionnaire," so it's really just fill in the blanks. The most annoying thing about it, is manually making the silo-sidebar, in which I'm using wordpress PAGES, because I don't want all that shit in the url, 3 layers deep. I'm trying to keep an impenetrable silo infrastructure. It'll be worth it in the end. Hell, I project I'll probably end up out ranking a few of the major companies that support this niche, that I will be affiliating for, as their metrics aren't super strong. But I have the example of Argon's 8 month amazon journey to keep me dedicated! I'll eventually start a journey thread.
