Fresh DigitalOcean VPS+Cyberpanel: Sometimes get "Error database connection failed"

Fresh DO and Cyberpanel marketplace installation. Was getting Error database connection failed a lot at first on the sites running on the server. Updated Linux few weeks ago and the errors have been happening less frequently, but still get it sometimes, and some user reported my site being slow for them.

Something is not right, but why does such a thing even happens on a fresh install?

How would you "fix" a brand new server?

Strange. Make sure the database credentials are the right ones. I'll take a closer look at the database host (instead of "localhost", put the IP).

Yes, it's true, having something issues between digital ocean and cyber panel,

issues encountered:
loading cyber panel is to slow
somethings cyber panel login page not works
site slow issue
SSL issue
many issues have been facing recently and I tried to change 3 times no use.

the funny thing is, I didn't even installed plesk in my server but if I load my IP its goes to plesk page
