French SEO & Social Networking / Bookmarking question

Hi,

I have a small list so far and I was wondering if any members out there are currently doing SEO for french based websites. If so, would you mind sharing a list of social bookmarking / networks with me. My typically market is the US but, have some clients asking about France so any information you could provide would be helpful.
