I noticed that my french websites 2 of them not ranking on google but they rank high on yahoo and bing.
I also noticed that problem might be characters in french language like example word Télécharger
i tried few google bot simulators and it shows instead of Télécharger it's like Télécharger
Could this be problem that's it's not ranking? I mean it's invisible on google didn't see any dance nothing.
Maybe i should change instead of Télécharger to put Telecharger for all words in my article.
What do you guys think ?

This. I am pretty sure google.fr won't screw up your characters, they will definetly weigh a lot when it comes to ranking. You may have checked your rankings on .com, where it's a whole different story.
Also, one reason why some sites rank good on bing and Yahoo, but not on google is keyword density. Google doesn't like high keyword density, so make sure it's at least under 3%. (I prefer it to be around 1.2-1.8)

I also agree you should check your onpage seo first especially keyword density.

It's cause yahoo and Bing don't have a problem with spam...which means, you spammed it to death so Google don't like you

Then most likely its offpage issue. Maybe anchor diversity, or just your link sources. Frankly speaking, I don't think its a problem in the word "Télécharger" considering this niche is very saturated and competition is high. At least you can try to change and write "Telecharger".
