Are there any free ways/tools to monitor SERP rankings? I know there are some nice paid tools out there but I'm not to fond of paying a monthly fee. Any thoughts?

I'm using the serplab FREE ACC they are pretty good, you can check it for your self (i'm not affiliated, just a user )

There are many free rank trackers around. Pretty much all are doing a good job

I recommend "Pro Rank Tracker" to monitor your SERP ranking.

If it has to be free than ProRankTracker, otherwise SerpBuddy.

proranktracker is best because with the free account you can track up to 50 keywords. For most other tools I found it less. Also they have "geotracking" (not the right word in this context I guess) - meaning that you can track keywords for different countries. As we know SERPs also depends on user location
