So I've abused this pretty badly. (Have maybe 4 of these running currently.) But anyways, Amazon offers a pretty decent VPS for an entire year for free. Unlimited accounts, and you pay nothing. So long as you ONLY open 1 instance per account. It does require phone and payment proof. But after you get past that, you have a free server for a year. Pretty useful.

Everyone has a few credit/debit cards, and you can use your phone/work phone/friends phone

So there you go, multiple free vps for a year

What I wanted to say is aws free tier is a very old promotion and its certainly isn't "Freebies / Giveaways" material.

hey guys, I'm new to amazon services...and I sure find there dashboard over-complicated - can you tell me what resources you get for your VPS - like ram, cores...etc

AWS?? Yes, and you will be charged for every mistake you will make. Better to use google vps for 60 days, then switch accound. No pva, just cc which wont be charged.

AWS, EC2 free tier. we have to pay if we exceed 15GB Bandwidth. lol i too charged every month for the Bandwidth. but i love their speed.
