Most of us get those special offers from credit card companies and I usually find the nearest trash can to toss the envelope, unopened, into it.
Now and then I'll look at them but there is no real need for us to have yet another credit card.
Capital One sent me an offer that arrived in the mail today and it was a zero % for a year on purchases or balance transfers. Zero % is a price I'm willing to pay (I can make money on that!) so I went online, applied, got approved and then saw an additional benefit that can make many of us money.
Free VCCs.
Yup, free as in FREEdom.
Ages ago I had a bank that did similar but they no longer offer that but this could be a real benefit for those of us that use VCCs when we purchase online.
I have no idea if it is hard to get a Capital One card, or if it is available in your particular country but if you have that opportunity, and you use VCCs, this ain't a bad offer.
If that is of interest to you hop on their site and see if that is available to you as VCCs are good for BH stuff but also if you do not want your CC out there in cyberworld for any Tom, Dick or Scammer to get access.
