Hello Blackhatters, i need around $100 dollars to be able to run my website. I have the money but in my country it takes time to deposit cash in my Paypal account.
I am therefore targeting individuals looking for Udemy courses.

You don't need $100 to start a website, with $15 you can get a domain name and a decent hosting (at least for a month or two). Start small If you don't have a lot a money, and invest when you see some bucks !
