    What's the limit on this netspend card?

    Seems to me this would be a really safe way to hide/launder money.

    1) take cash and put it on the card.
    2) sell card for 150% of it's value
    3) buyer no has hidden the cash, and has a debit card they can use anywhere?

    or

    1) take cash and put on card.
    2) keep cash out of bank account

    I don't have this problem, but I know of a lot of guys that have to keep their money out of the bank due to tax issues, child support, and other situations where the government can look at your bank account and know how much money you are making.

    What keeps people from moving loaded cards across international borders?
