Because teaching others actually helps me understand better and put my thoughts in order I decided to give free SEO advice.

This will happen one on one in 1h (max. 2h) sessions over voice chat (maybe screen sharing too). One session per week. We talk about whatever you want. You ask, I answer if I have an answer. I am not God so don't expect me to know anything and everything. If you don't like it and you think you've wasted your 1h, then I politely invite you to go screw yourself and complain in this thread. I will not do it in writing as I don't like typing. You are free to write transcripts if you don't have anything better to do.

If your spoken English is so bad that I will have a hard time understanding what you say, I won't continue with you. I'm ok with foreigners but I don't like "ahh, ohhh, ummm" every three words or an accent that is impossible to understand.

Sessions will be recorded so others can benefit from this.

    My skills revolve around:

    • White hat SEO
    • Gray hat SEO
    • Automation, tool building (a.k.a. blue hat SEO)
    • Automated content generation systems. Will only discuss basics/foundation however as this is pretty advanced stuff and 1) most won't understand it; 2) don't want to share specifics with anybody. This includes proper spinning, madlib systems, content mixing and mashups.
    • Web development.
    • Usability improvement of sites
    • Internal link architecture and information architecture
    • Link building strategies. You won't like most of them because they require actual work, but that's your problem. In my opinion, everything worth doing is not easy and proper link building is no exception.
    • Link networks, including large scale networks
    • Conversion optimization. I am no expert, but many of the newbies have crappy sites because of their low web development skills.
    • Site analysis. We can go together over your site and I tell you my thoughts and give advice.
    I do NOT do:

    • Pure black hat SEO
    • Hacking, cracking, exploits, botnets
    • Copywriting and/or sales. I have basic knowledge but that's it.
    • Web development / coding tutoring. If you ask me about automation, you better know your site when it comes to programming. I use PHP for coding, so if you're the adept of some other language, it's your job to adapt the ideas I give you.
I never built sites around ebooks, clickbank products and the like. I won't be able to give you specific advice on a business model revolving around that.

I do NOT use xrumer, scrapebox (I have it but for me it's mostly useless), SENuke or other generaly available tools. I build my own stuff and most of the tools are under construction because I am building a large integrated system. If you want advice on blog/forum/whatever spamming, go somewhere else. I don't do it because it doesn't work well enough for my standards. If you can't or don't want to build your own tools, I can give you advice on how to use scrapebox, SENuke, XGen as the foundation is the same. It is the strategy that matters not the tools.

If you don't want others to know about your site or niche, use "my site" and "my niche" instead of the actual names. I'm in no mood to edit audio/video files for you. I give precedence to topics that can be shared with everybody so others learn from what we chat.

I am waiting from all those interested solutions for:
    - Hosting audio/video files (free or cheap)
    - Good quality voice (for skype) and screen recording software. I don't own Camtasia and won't buy it either (or any other software).
    - A way to have you guys submit topic ideas and keep track of everything. Should we just use the thread and you post the topics you want to talk about and I pick you based on that? Should we have a rating system so others can vote?

I retain copyright to all material (audio/video recordings) and if I ever release a course (no plans so far), maybe I will want to add them in it. If you have a problem with that, say it before we start. This will not change my decision to help/choose you in any way.

You can not sell anything or make it part of a course without my prior written and signed permission.

To begin with, write in this thread any suggestions you have before we start.

    hey,

i'm an 19/yr old SEO myself and would love to get another SEO's eyes to check over a personal site that i'm building at the moment to see what i'm missing.. I've always found that i miss the stupid small things that i should be doing on my own sites so would be awesome to chat..

Happy to record the sessions and if u want to use them for products thats cool, i'd also be interested in releasing them as part of a course i'm releasing next year, but we can chat about that at a later date..

i'll send you a PM with my skype ID :)

@madoctopus - okat the main things are:

1 - The site I have is about 2 months old, I'm seeing my rankings fluctuate at the moment (seems like the G dance), what's the main thing i should b doing to stop this from happening..
2 - The site has 21(ish) posts on it of pure content, there is no monetization on the site apart from contact forms, how frequently should i be adding new content to the site? I was thinking 2-3 new articles per week..
3 - I'm doing various methods of link building (article and directory submissions, reciprocal linking, link pyramids) what other LB methods would you suggest?
4 - I'm hitting 20-30 uniques per day, alot of the traffic is coming from my article marketing and i'm starting to get some SEO traffic now, should i be looking at building some more links to the articles that i've posted on places like ezinearticles that are ranking higher then my actual site?

    that'll do for now :)

I should mention the site is in the travel / tours niche for a specific tourist destination.
